Authorized Use Only
You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to download, convert, store, or use any media submitted to ClipToMP3. Do not use this service to download copyrighted content unless you own the rights, have permission from the rights holder, or your use is otherwise allowed by applicable law.
No Copyright Circumvention
ClipToMP3 must not be used to bypass paywalls, access controls, digital rights management, platform restrictions, or copyright protections. If a video, song, lecture, stream, or other work is protected by copyright, you should assume you need permission before downloading it.
Temporary Processing
Files generated by the service are temporary and may be deleted automatically. Download links are short-lived and are provided only for the user who requested the conversion.
Prohibited Activity
You may not abuse the service, automate excessive requests, overload infrastructure, resell generated files, submit unlawful content, or use ClipToMP3 in a way that violates another service's terms, copyright law, or other applicable rules.
Service Availability
ClipToMP3 may reject, limit, throttle, pause, or remove conversions at any time to protect users, infrastructure, rights holders, or the service itself.
